* Consult with clients - To get a full understanding of what is the goal / intention of the project, we consult with our clients before starting any work.
* Create outline - As a result of the consultation, we will create an plan / outline, including a summary list of work required and estimates of # of hours required to complete
* Do the work - Using the outline, our experience and knowledge, we will strive to complete the work quickly & properly. We can work on individual pages or functions given to us, or directly on the files on your server.
* Consult with clients - Once complete, we again consult with our clients to be sure they are satisfied with the work done.

Getting Started:
Below are a few questions, the answers to which will greatly help you exactly communicate what sort of help you are looking for:
* Description of problem / project: let us know in detail as much as you can about what you want. List all relevant or desired features you want to see in the completed work. Or tell us about what aspect of your site has stopped working, what it used to do, what you would like it to do, etc.
* Do you want us to do the work on our own servers and submit the completed files to you for you to publish, or will you provide our team with access to the files / database on your server?
