[edit] Viewing / Updating Orderstatus
The order status page displays an order's details, including customer account details, cart contents, and any additional info (like shipped packages, etc). The order status page has buttons to view customer account, update customer account, add new shipped package details, update order status and resent APN email. From the orderstatus page you can also add manual transaction details, and search for another order to view.
- New Package - Click the new package button to be taken to the add Shipped Item Details page, where you can add details of shipped items for that order.
- Update Status - Click the update status button to be taken to the update order status page, where you can update the status of the order.
- Update Customer - Click the update customer button to be taken to the edit customer page, where you can update / edit various details of the customer account.
- Customer Orders - Click the customer orders button to be taken to the view customer page, where you can see all the customer details, as well as a list showing all the orders made using that customer account.
- Resend APN - Click the resend APN email to resend the admin invoice received for each order. Do this if an email went missing or you need another copy for one reason or another.
