[edit] Entering shipping / tracking info for an order

When you send out a package for an order, you can enter its details in the New Package Details page of the admin section. The package details are saved, and can be viewed by the admins in the order status section, or by the customer in the public customer account section (where customers can view the status of any of their orders).
From the admin orderstatus page for a given order, click the New Package button. You will be displayed with the new package details page, showing a new shipped package form pre-populated with the current date, and order item contents. Enter the package details, choose a shippng method, enter any transaction details and any addtional contents.
If there are more than 1 items in the order, and you are not shipping all items, you can edit the package item contents, deleting anything that was not included in the package.
Once you have entered the package details and submitted the form, the package details are saved and the admin is redirected to the Update Status page. If the package you sent completes the order, update the order status to "Complete / Shipped". If the package you sent contains only some of the order's items, you can update teh order's status to "Partial Shipment". When you update an order's order status, the customer recieves an email telling them their status is changed, and prompting them to login to there account to view the details of the status change, as well as the details for any package that has been shipped.
